On the afternoon of October 19, 2023, in order to further improve the quality of talent cultivation for professional master's degree students, Professor He Yuelei, Deputy Director of the Graduate Department of Shanghai University of Engineering Science, went to Shanghai Dianqing Information Technology Co., Ltd., the graduate practice base of the International Institute of Creative Design, to conduct research work. Yang Yuan, Director of the Department of Visual Communication Design at the International Institute of Creative Design, and Wang Guanyi, Secretary of the Graduate School, accompanied the inspection.
Liu Huihong, Director of Shanghai Dianqing Information Technology Co., Ltd., welcomes our school's visit. She provided a detailed introduction to the development history, scale, distinctive projects, and industry university cooperation of the enterprise. Subsequently, Director Liu Huihong led Deputy Director He Yuelei and accompanying teachers to visit various departments of the company, and also visited the 2022 graduate student majoring in Digital Media and Image Digitalization at the International School of Creative Design who was studying in practice.
After the visit, both parties had in-depth discussions on talent cultivation for master's students majoring in art and design, future development of design, school enterprise cooperation courses, and talent needs of enterprises. Deputy Director He Yuelei expressed gratitude to Shanghai Dianqing Information Technology Co., Ltd. for providing learning opportunities for our students. He emphasized the high importance that the school attaches to the cultivation of practical abilities for professional master's students, and hoped that both parties can further strengthen cooperation and jointly create better practical and learning opportunities for students.
