Director Zhang Hua of the Graduate Department first proposed suggestions on graduate management models, graduate enrollment, graduate training, and degree awarding. Director Zhang Hua has put forward many valuable opinions on the characteristics of Sino foreign joint training in the college, the entire process of graduate education and training management, operational mechanisms, and budget.
Li Lu, Deputy Director of the Graduate Office, has put forward some suggestions for the recruitment of graduate students. How to improve the quality of student sources, increase the enrollment rate of first choice students, develop fixed student bases, etc., especially for the promotion of graduate enrollment, Vice Director Li Lu suggests highlighting the advantages of Sino foreign cooperative education in the International School of Creative Design.
Deputy Director He Yuelei of the Graduate Department has put forward some suggestions for the training of graduate students. The curriculum can be flexible and diverse, and the teaching mode can also take various forms.
Teacher Li Gang from the Graduate School listened to the opinions of the college teachers on the selection of excellent thesis supervisors and provided answers regarding the work of part-time and off campus supervisors.
Regarding the opinions and suggestions put forward by the leaders of the Graduate School, Dean Gu Yi of the International Institute of Creative Design introduced the basic situation of the International School of Creative Design and briefly introduced the enrollment work for graduate students in 2023. In 2023, the International Institute of Creative Design will enroll a total of 40 graduate students, including 13 in the fields of digital media and imaging, 14 in the fields of product design art and application practice, and 13 in the fields of exhibition and spatial environment design. Vice Dean Roman of the International Institute of Creative Design, introduced the management of Sino foreign cooperative training program revision and implementation, competition management, thesis management, credit mutual recognition, graduation conditions, etc. in graduate work. In particular, the 2023 graduate students had in-depth discussions with the leaders of the Graduate Office regarding their professional internships, project proposals, mid-term assessments, and other related tasks during their second year overseas study.
