On the morning of April 24, the International Institute of Creative Design invited Professor Miao Xingwai, a university-level teaching supervisor, to lead a guidance and exchange session in Conference Room 1030 of the Co-Op Comprehensive Building. The meeting was chaired by Vice Dean Xu Rongrong of the International Institute of Creative Design, with attendance from all department and program chairs.

Professor Miao Xingwai commended the faculty's dedication and engagement. Based on her classroom observations this semester, she engaged in in-depth discussions covering the current teaching landscape, effective course design strategies, implementation of tiered instruction, and methods to enhance student motivation. She also addressed specific teaching challenges raised by various departments and provided valuable recommendations.
This exchange session yielded practical suggestions for enhancing the Institute's teaching quality. Vice Dean Xu Rongrong stated that the Institute would incorporate these insights to refine teaching management, promote faculty development, and continuously improve instructional standards.
Moving forward, the International Institute of Creative Design will continue to deepen teaching reforms, innovate pedagogical approaches, and cultivate outstanding talents.
