On March 28, the International Institute of Creative Design held its 2025 Spring Special Job Fair for Creative Design at the Co-Op Comprehensive Building. The event provided employment opportunities for the Class of 2025 while also creating a platform for the Class of 2026 to secure internships, supporting students as they embark on their professional journeys. The job fair was presided over by Ma Jianli, College Deputy Party Secretary.

Ma Jianli extended a warm welcome to all participating enterprises and expressed gratitude for their support to the Institute's development. He emphasized that this job fair serves as a significant opportunity for school-enterprise cooperation, stating that the Institute aims to create more practical training and employment opportunities for students through this event. He also wished all students success in their interviews and hoped they would find their desired positions.

The job fair attracted 16 companies from the design industry, most of which are leading enterprises in the creative design sector and demonstrate strong alignment with the Institute's academic programs. These employers brought nearly 40 positions in fields such as game design, film and television animation, and 3D modeling, precisely matching the Institute's specialties and providing students with diverse opportunities.
During the event, recruiters actively engaged with candidates, offering detailed introductions to their companies, job requirements, and compensation packages. The job fair drew over 100 students from the Institute, creating a vibrant atmosphere on site. Students enthusiastically submitted resumes, participated in interviews, and held in-depth conversations with company representatives. Their well-prepared resumes fully demonstrated their professional competence and career aspirations.

The successful organization of this job fair has not only provided graduates with broad development opportunities but also established a solid bridge for collaboration between the Institute and enterprises, laying a strong foundation for promoting high-quality employment and internship outcomes for students.
