On the afternoon of March 28, the International Institute of Creative Design held a forum on creative talent cultivation and employment in Room 1009 of the Co-Op Comprehensive Building, aiming to further advance the development and career prospects of creative design professionals. The meeting brought together representatives from nearly 16 enterprises and was chaired by Ma Jianli, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Art and Design.

During the forum, Ma Jianli pointed out that the creative design industry is currently in a period of vigorous development, where the integration of new technologies presents both opportunities and challenges. He highlighted the Institute's remarkable achievements in teaching reform and program development, noting that new technologies have been actively incorporated into the curriculum and the course structures have been systematically optimized. Additionally, through industry-academia collaboration, the Institute has established practical platforms for students to enhance their hands-on capabilities. Ma emphasized that the Institute will continue to deepen cooperation with enterprises, refine talent cultivation programs, and expand opportunities for internships, employment, and collaborative projects, aiming to achieve mutual benefits and drive the growth of the creative design industry.
Representatives from the enterprises shared their perspectives on development trends within the creative design sector and expressed strong interest in strengthening collaboration with the Institute. They showed willingness to engage in joint research and practical projects, aiming to enhance design efficiency and foster innovation.

The forum successfully established an effective communication platform between the institute and enterprises, significantly enhancing the depth and breadth of industry-academia collaboration.
