On the afternoon of March 7, Wang Jinguo, Dean of the Graduate School, led members of the leadership team to the International Institute of Creative Design for a special research session on postgraduate education. The meeting was attended by Gu Yi, Dean of the International Institute of Creative Design, Vice Dean Xu Rongrong, and faculty representatives.

During the forum, Dean Gu Yi provided a comprehensive overview of the Institute's exploratory practices in areas such as program development, postgraduate admissions, training models, degree management, research output, and faculty development and management. She also engaged in in-depth discussions on the current difficulties and challenges faced in postgraduate education.
Dean Wang Jinguo responded to each of the issues raised by the Institute and offered recommendations focusing on key aspects including enrollment planning, curriculum design, thesis quality, and postgraduate program development. These suggestions aim to assist the Institute in optimizing its training system and continuously enhancing the quality of education.

Subsequently, representatives from the Graduate School provided a detailed explanation regarding the status of postgraduate student admissions interviews, competition accreditation, and the categorization of competition types, while also proposing optimization plans tailored to the Institute's specific context.
This research visit strengthened communication and collaboration between the Graduate School and the International Institute of Creative Design, providing robust support for the Institute in enhancing its management, deepening disciplinary development, and improving the quality of postgraduate education.
